What the forms collect and why

• Volunteer: your first and last name, email, phone and, if you choose, your address. The Joachim Agou campaign (Victoria–Beacon Hill) may contact you by email, phone or text about volunteering.
• Nominate: your full name, residential street address, phone, and, if you choose, your email, the best time to reach you and the signing sessions you can attend. The campaign contacts you about signing the nomination paper. Your information is used only for this nomination.
• Lawn sign: your name, email, phone, address, where the sign will go, delivery notes, and your confirmation that you are the owner or have permission. The campaign may contact you by email, phone or text about your lawn sign and the campaign.
• Event RSVP: your name, email, and, if you choose, your phone and how many guests you are bringing. The campaign may contact you by email, phone or text about the event and the campaign.

How to stop or be removed

You can ask the campaign to stop contacting you at any time. To ask, email joachim@agou.ca or call 672-922-7017.
